Release of the Environmental and Social Reporting module

  These are general  implementations: We would like to inform you that we developed a new module for MARLO AICCRA where you can download and upload the Environmental and Social reporting for clusters.  You will have access to this module for Mid-Year reports (Progress) and for Annual reports (AR).  Go to MARLO AICCRA  https://aiccra.marlo.cgiar.org/ and select your cluster  Once you are in the cluster, click on the E&S Reporting tab on the left menu and c lick on the link to download the word template to be filled When you finished please sign it, convert it to PDF * , and upload it in MARLO AICCRA  *Will only accept PDF files.   We will provide all the PDFs to the Social and Environmental specialist for review.   

Adjustments implemented in the system during 2021

  These are general  implementations: We would like to share here the adjustments we carried out in MARLO for AICCRA during 2020 and 2021.  Taking into account the needs of the AICCRA project, we did a copy of the MARLO CRP version and adjusted it to the AICCRA needs. As a result, the following is a list of key adjustments we did to the system: - To improve the interoperability within the control lists of the One CGIAR, we have connected the MARLO-AICCRA List of institutions with the ones that are coming from CLARISA. - We developed an activity management module so that all activities are centralized and set up in a single place  - We have created direct access to the most used entities within a cluster so that people can be directed to them without having to use several clicks - We have created a submodule to set up additional questions for each of the indicators during progress and annual reports (See screenshot).
