Adjustments implemented in the system during 2021

 These are general implementations:




We would like to share here the adjustments we carried out in MARLO for AICCRA during 2020 and 2021. 

Taking into account the needs of the AICCRA project, we did a copy of the MARLO CRP version and adjusted it to the AICCRA needs. As a result, the following is a list of key adjustments we did to the system:

- To improve the interoperability within the control lists of the One CGIAR, we have connected the MARLO-AICCRA List of institutions with the ones that are coming from CLARISA.

- We developed an activity management module so that all activities are centralized and set up in a single place 


- We have created direct access to the most used entities within a cluster so that people can be directed to them without having to use several clicks


- We have created a submodule to set up additional questions for each of the indicators during progress and annual reports (See screenshot). This module has also the possibility to share a PDF with concrete guidance on how to properly evidence an indicator. 


- Added tags for all clusters to indicate a specific type according to our internal structure (Country, Region, Theme, or Management) and we also established a color code for easy reference


- We added the possibility to see all deliverables, innovations, and OICRs mapped with each indicator


- We have improved the screen in a way that we can see all information inputted during the progress and annual report


- As per a conversation with Sophia Huyer, we have added a module to display trainees’ information when there are deliverables with a Capacity Development component


- We have developed a mapping field in which a deliverable must contribute to a specific performance indicator already mapped to a specific cluster. This way we are now able to better support our evidence towards our indicators



- We have developed the functionality to map activities into the deliverables section 


- We have developed the functionality of share deliverables between clusters

  These are general  implementations: We would like to inform you that we developed a new module for MARLO AICCRA where you can download and upload the Environmental and Social reporting for clusters.  You will have access to this module for Mid-Year reports (Progress) and for Annual reports (AR).  Go to MARLO AICCRA  https://aiccra.marlo.cgiar.org/ and select your cluster  Once you are in the cluster, click on the E&S Reporting tab on the left menu and c lick on the link to download the word template to be filled When you finished please sign it, convert it to PDF * , and upload it in MARLO AICCRA  *Will only accept PDF files.   We will provide all the PDFs to the Social and Environmental specialist for review.

Online feedback fuctionality

  These are general  implementations: We would like to inform you that we released a new module in MARLO AICCRA where we can carry out a systemic feedback process for quality assurance before submitting our official reports to the World Bank.  The way how it works is that next to some fields, a comment box is displayed to give access to the "assessors" to leave comments for the cluster leaders/coordinators to tackle in a subsequent round. In this case, the assessors are the PMC Team in the project, mainly Regional Leaders, Thematic Leaders, and Management Team Here is how you can identify the comments process  The assessor can click on the blue comment box and leave a comment for the cluster leader/coordinator. They can add more than one comment for each field that they find the comment icon.  After they leave a comment the box will change to yellow, which indicates that cluster leaders/coordinators have to review it and provide an answer  Once the assessor...
