Online feedback fuctionality

 


These are general implementations:

We would like to inform you that we released a new module in MARLO AICCRA where we can carry out a systemic feedback process for quality assurance before submitting our official reports to the World Bank. 

The way how it works is that next to some fields, a comment box is displayed to give access to the "assessors" to leave comments for the cluster leaders/coordinators to tackle in a subsequent round.


In this case, the assessors are the PMC Team in the project, mainly Regional Leaders, Thematic Leaders, and Management Team

Here is how you can identify the comments process 


The assessor can click on the blue comment box and leave a comment for the cluster leader/coordinator. They can add more than one comment for each field that they find the comment icon. 


After they leave a comment the box will change to yellow, which indicates that cluster leaders/coordinators have to review it and provide an answer 



Once the assessor leaves the comment he/she or another assessor could add another comment by clicking again in the comment blue box. 

The remaining options are for the cluster leader/coordinator they will have the option to 

  • Agreed with the comment => you should adjust the information in MARLO (in advance) by clicking this button. you are free to leave a message for PMC)

  • Disagreed with the comment provided. For this case, you are required to provide justification 

  • Clarification needed regarding the comment provided 


The feedback process is made up of rounds and each one involves different actors: 

  • 10 business days for the Assessors (PMC members) will carry out the reviewing process and leave their comments. 

  • 10 business days for the Cluster leaders/coordinators will tackle all the comments left for them. 

  • 5 business days for the Assessors (PMC members) will provide clarifications (if any) and cluster leaders/coordinators will have to follow up to tackle them.

  • MARLO AICCRA will close at the cluster level to start the synthesis process (high-level narratives) with the information provided.

  2. Deliverables 
  3. OICRs & MELIAs
  4. Innovations
We also put in place a dashboard that can be used after the first round of the feedback process and show the summary of the comments left by the assessors and you can click on the link to go directly to the section where the comment is


  1. Progress in reporting Here you will see how the progress of the assessment goes considering the number of comments left by the assessors.
  2. Comments, status, and comments provided by Shows the information of the complete comment, if the comments have been tackled and who provide the comment. Also, we are displaying the section information in MARLO and the field.
  3. Link Allows the user to go directly to the field that was assessed.

Release of the Environmental and Social Reporting module

  These are general  implementations: We would like to inform you that we developed a new module for MARLO AICCRA where you can download and upload the Environmental and Social reporting for clusters.  You will have access to this module for Mid-Year reports (Progress) and for Annual reports (AR).  Go to MARLO AICCRA  https://aiccra.marlo.cgiar.org/ and select your cluster  Once you are in the cluster, click on the E&S Reporting tab on the left menu and c lick on the link to download the word template to be filled When you finished please sign it, convert it to PDF * , and upload it in MARLO AICCRA  *Will only accept PDF files.   We will provide all the PDFs to the Social and Environmental specialist for review.
